Screaming Blue Scoundrels My Fender Jazz socket broke seconds before the gig, and having just arrived from an 80s gig, my Wal was the other bass with me - I didn't think it would sound great for this gig but I was proven very wrong indeed!

Pete B Memorial This was from a memorial gig for an old friend. Most of my oldest musician friends from Medway played together for pretty much the first time in 15 years. I was on 'War Pigs', 'La Villa Strangiato', some original stuff by Raiders of the Lost Groove.	Broadstairs Folk Week 2013 Broadstairs Folk week is more a celebration of any form of music; The Triple Vs opened this year with a rock set at the legendary Harpers Bar.
Faversham Hop Festival 2013 Ivan's Allstars featuring the wonderful Ivan Thompson on saxaphone, performed a bunch of rare funk and grooves on a busy day. One of my favourite bands.	In the studio With my old Warwick Thumb bass on a session for someone.
The Triple Vs Here I'm kicking out some harmonic chord in this power trio where I get to be noisy and make a big sound in order to fill the space. Love it!	Play it like you mean it!
Secret Swinger Rare shot of me playing upright bass on a swing gig. With the Jeff Barker Band	Blues Brothers With The Official Tribute to the Blues Brothers. I played with this band on tour and in the West End between 1999 and 2005 with the occasional dep job after. I learnt a lot and played alongside some fantastic musicians and singers. Here I'm with Dave Foster and Richard Beesley.

Ranscombe Studios Before and since it moved to Rochester, this Analog studio has always had my favourite recordings; mistakes and all, the energy is always great. The provider of good vibes and thus energy, is owner and engineer Jim Riley, a legend himself.	BWitched Dublin, boxing day, a last minute dep for Keavy and Edele from Bwitched. I did most of their gigs for the next couple of years, touring the UK University circuit to crazy crowds.
D.I.S.C.O. New Years at Harpers Bar getting down and funky.	Tap and Tin With The Raiders of the Lost Groove, my original band of some 17 years on and off. We have presently a magnum opus of an album waiting to record. Oh, hang on, it's been largely written for four years but the chances of it ever getting done...er, don't wait up.

Hello Wembley! In front of 90,000 people backing Stacey Soloman. I'm with Roger Chapman, James Dean and the fantastic Jenna Donnelly. I never realised till that day, that she also played keyboards like a boss.	I'm18. In my first band, rehearsing at Detling Hill. We were called Rtex. I still have that t-shirt somewhere.

Psychadelic Blues On a blues gig for L.A.Doorsman and general music legend Nigel Fiest. He organises The Broadstairs Blues bash with Sara Ransom each year and a splendid job they both do.	On tour with The Blues Brothers. This was the OFFICIAL Blues Brothers tribute. Ok?
Sky TV The Latch with Steve Grisdale, were filming at Sky TV and we bumped into George Best (and again on the next days flight!). Also wandering around were a few page three models with little to talk about, and Ulrika Johnson. I had a chat with her and in a bizarre twist, she turned the conversation to weather. Rare! A very rare shot of my gigging on guitar. I play guitar and write with one all the time but when it comes to gigs, I just always happen to be on bass. This is proof that I do occasionally play guitar outside home.	Wrong?! Sometimes there's only one way to get the notes I want!
