Lockdown Living

What's new hey? Just about everything. I hope you are all keeping as well as possible, and of course, doing the sensible thing and staying in. A conversation, honestly, I never anticipated in my lifetime. I'm a great believer, however, in keeping on top of a situation so I have been keeping monumentally busy fixing instruments, recording for people, teaching, lecturing etc. I'm hoping at somepoint to do some 'me' things, like writing new music and some real practice. Regardless, I'm glad I'm occupied.

So, since moving and everything else that gets in the way of life, I've been slack with the website - it's undergoing a tidy as we speak - slightly stripped back on the colour side of things. Hopefully there's plenty of music, pictures and information to keep you busy! Notice also, the addition of a 'Shop' page - this contains the remaining copies of an album I recorded a few years back, but will also contain some retrospective releases soon, bulk buy lessons offer, and also new releases as and when they occur. Don't be a stranger!

I'm on the cusp of completing the Professor Plum and the Purplehearts album - literally awaiting a master copy. Check the band on Facebook, along with Raiders of the Lost Groove, my old mates who I've just sent the bass part for a 30 minute song.

The other BIG change is the forced retreat into embracing the idea of online teaching - which has actually worked out fine - I invested in a decent USB microphone and am now confident delivering my lessons for you online if you require. Get in touch!
